Previously Licensed in Maryland, Colleen is ranked Top 5% in the Nation. She has consistently earned Top Producer, Top Sales, Top Settlements, Top Listings and was named a lifetime member of the Distinguished Sales Achievement Club (DSAC). She earned her GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute) and she earned the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation which is held by less than 4% off all Agents. She went on to earn e-Pro which certifies her mastery of today’s technology and also her SFR designation proving her expertise in Short Sale and Foreclosures. She has an extensive background in Marketing and Negotiation Management with a major computer manufacturer. Because of her wealth of computer and systems management her customers not only benefit from her marketing and negotiation skills, but they get the best in up to date technology and resources. She also served as Broker/Director of Sales for WCI Communities, a Bonita Springs based developer, and as an On-line Committee Member, a Training Committee Member, Womens Council of Realtors Board Member, and MLS Committee Member and is a member of the National Association of Female Executives. Currently a Florida Broker she is once again doing what she does best, helping Buyers & Sellers with all of their Real Estate needs.
